Performance Mapping

Workshop Aim

To enable internal consultants to develop performance maps that will clarify performance gaps and their causes and enable the development and prioritisation of strategies to address these.
 

Competency Outputs

By the end of this workshop, delegates will be able to:
  • Differentiate between the types of needs existing in an organisation
  • Carry out an organisation scan / analysis
  • Create a macro performance map for the organisation
  • Create  performance map for a specific performer group
  • Create a performance map for an individual
  • Use the maps to prioritise needs
